Project Re-evolution

We are happy to announce that Euro Lider has joined a new Erasmus+ project – Re-evolution: Traditional Jobs – Heritage of Crafts and Culture! The project officially began on 1st September 2026 and will run for 18 months, and will be implemented by an international consortium: University of Lapland (Finland, coordinator), Euro Lider (Poland), In Action (Greece), and NovaReckon (Italy).

What is it about?
Traditional crafts are a valuable part of Europe’s cultural heritage, carrying local history, identity and practical know-how passed down through generations. Re-evolution aims to preserve this heritage and make it accessible to today’s adult learners. Each partner will document one traditional craft from their country through flipbooks, virtual exhibitions and videos with master craftsmen, available in several languages for cultural institutions, trainers and community groups across Europe.

Who is it for?
Re-evolution addresses a broad range of adult education stakeholders: employees of cultural centres, museums and libraries, cultural animators, craft guild members, trainers in crafts and traditional professions, staff and learners of universities of the third age and folk high schools, members of rural women’s associations and senior citizens’ clubs, local authorities, as well as unemployed or career-changing adults and adults from disadvantaged backgrounds.

What we will build (by work package):

  • WP1 – Project management: coordination, quality control and monitoring of the partnership.
  • WP2 – Flipbooks and exhibitions: 4 flipbooks and 4 virtual exhibitions, each partner covering one craft – beekeeping (Poland), woodcraft (Greece), winemaking (Italy), textile art (Finland) – all translated into Polish, Greek, Italian and Finnish.
  • WP3 – Videos with experts: 4 video interviews and 4 video tutorials with master craftsmen, subtitled in 5 languages and published on a project’s YouTube channel.
  • WP4 – Dissemination and promotion: project visual identity and website, a Key Stakeholder Database, 2 webinars, and 4 multiplier events (one per partner country).

Stay tuned for more updates as the project progresses!
