The ‘Euro Lider’ Association took honorary patronage of the ‘Mental Senior’ project, which is an initiative to improve the quality of life of senior citizens and promote intergenerational exchange. The project is being implemented as part of the “Zwolnieni z Teorii” Olympiad. “Mental Senior” addresses the existing social challenges of insufficient development of the opportunities for seniors and their isolation, which negatively affects their mental and physical health and overall quality of life. By providing workshops and activities for seniors at local Senior Clubs and other centres, seniors are given the opportunity to develop their cognitive skills and keep their mental health at a high level. In addition, an information campaign through social media is being conducted to increase the project’s impact.
